Welcome to Counselling with Diane
I work with issues such as childhood trauma, bereavement, grief and loss, relationship problems and breakdowns, separation and divorce, family conflicts and estrangement, anxiety, depression and PTSD. I also have experience working with people who have had or been touched by near-death experiences (NDEs), particularly those caused by illness, such as heart attacks, cardiac arrests, health emergencies and medical interventions.
I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity and compassion and tailoring our sessions to meet your unique and specific needs. My role as your therapist is to support you by offering a confidential, non-judgmental, therapeutic space where you can freely explore yourself, your life experiences, and your goals to realise your potential and experience emotional growth.
I am a qualified counsellor and psychotherapist, and I work from a person-centred approach. I hold a Level 4 Diploma in Therapeutic Counselling (Humanistic/Person-Centred) and am an accredited member of the National Counselling and Psychotherapy Society (NCPS).
Whether you’re coming to me in a moment of darkness or crisis, or just want a space to find and be you, my sessions offer a personal approach. Working at your pace, we explore where you are, how you want your life to be and the changes that you want to make.
